Companies that have a large budget and have a select vendor list to choose from, the magic will be getting on that list and providing a direct doorway to the consultants they need, vs. hiring them through a temp agency or recruiter losing 20% in the brokered deal while there's no real benefit... or hiring an agency that hides the talent & pays lowered wages to them so they can play the retail wholesale game on services.
For now $30,000 dollars and above... probably will be more like 50k and above.
If you can't afford planning and research then you probably can't afford us.

Charge an hour or more to listen to their idea and put them in contact (do the handshake) with the right person, consultancy or service provider.
Pass it to one of our own personal companies and let a individuall run the job.
