I HEART NY.

For whatever reason, one by one, our favorite people in our group kept moving to New York. First Desmond, then Nikki, then Troy, then the last straw was Sam Boyer. We all got on the phone and decided we had to go ahead and spend the money and incorporate in New York.

It just made sense, it's a lot like the San Diego situation but on a much larger scale, a few "real" Drupal shops, more so agencies and LOTS of independents separated by the corporations. Uniting under one serious, ethical banner to stop the abuse of individuals and enabling them to bring better standards, services and "direct to developer" availability vs. the "taking off the top" recruiter/agent ponzi schemes so rampant today.
